The StockWise Inventory Solutions team is seeking a motivated Analyst to assist in the management and analysis of the Inventory Module Scanner Program and all other StockWise Customer Inventory solution programs. The ideal candidate will utilize a combination of business and technical skills to create tools and processes that drive efficient management and measurement of all inventory solution activities for Interline Brands, Inc.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Assist with gathering Customer specific inventory records and creating custom software importing templates
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and importing Inventory Catalog templates for all IBI Brands
Maintain records and project schedules for all Inventory Scanner Customers to ensure proper communication
30%- Develop and maintain reports for tracking StockWise Inventory Solutions
Collaborate with Interline Brands IT resource to maintain data integrity and continuity
Responsible for creating and maintaining StockWise Inventory Solutions Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
5%- Collaborate with Brand Sales Management and StockWise Technology Manager to maintain and refine inventory solution
30%- Assist StockWise Product Specialist Manager in creating and maintaining Customer Price files, Inactive Inventory Disposition, Inventory Auditing, and other StockWise Ad Hoc Reporting
15%- Support the StockWise department with miscellaneous reporting needs including advanced spreadsheet analytics and deck preparation
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Supply Chain Manager. Has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

BA or BS degree preferred (Business or Computer Science a plus) or equivalent experience
A bachelor s degree in Business or Computer Science, with two to three years experience in product or brand management, preferably in a distribution environment is recommended.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
2-3 years of experience in data analytics or related analytical role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Excellent PC Skills (Advanced Excel required, Intermediate Access a plus)
Technical aptitude or desire to learn various database and software programs is essential
SQL experience desired
Ability to handle and complete several projects simultaneously and to be sensitive to deadlines
Strong interpersonal/communication skills (verbal and written) with people at all levels, both internal and externally
Collaboration abilities, teamwork and inter-departmental communication skills are critical to the success of this position.
