POSITION PURPOSE

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

20%- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses & CAPEX

20%- Monitor weekly, performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances

20%- Quarterly and monthly financial and operating deep dives

20%- Support continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting and operating plan

10%- Help improve performance by evaluating enterprise wide trends that individual departments don t have optics to

10%- Prepare simple and insightful presentations for senior leadership and management

NATURE AND SCOPE

This role reports to a GC Manager, Finance.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Additional Environmental Job Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2-5 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in financial analysis & planning

Some knowledge of SQL and Tableau

Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Extremely detail oriented

Strong financial analysis skills

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Expert excel user

Seasoned presentation skills
