Home Depot Senior Business Intelligence Manager - BlackLocus in Austin, Texas
As a Sr. Business Intelligence Manager at BlackLocus, you will have a direct impact on the business by helping our Business Intelligence Team develop, deploy and maintain, products, data structures and reporting. You understand that the best managers support and empower their teams, help remove roadblocks, and allow teammates to have ownership over their projects. You are equally happy talking about coding and data structures as you are helping non-technical stakeholders with their business needs. This position may be a technical lead or a people manager.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
70%- Provide team leadership and support for Product Support and Data Enablement team
10%- Coordinate execution and implementation of projects for Support, Engineering, Product and Data Science teams
10%- Foster collaboration between product, engineering and data science teams to solve tough business problems
10%- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to implement solutions that meet their needs, while making sure the priorities for you team are properly aligned to business goals

Reports to a Leader of Business Intelligence.
This position has 0-1 direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Work experience using statistics, data mining or related disciplines
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, MIS or other quantitative subject
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Familiarity with languages such as SQL, Python and/or Java
Ability to use business intelligence tools, like Tableau
Skill in managing sprint cycles to ensure product ships on time
Service-oriented on medium/large-scale projects and analyses
