Home Depot RPA Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
To manage the day to day activities and develop the competencies of the HR Intelligent Automation team and build a scalable automation capability to enable The Home Depot HR transformation and maintain security. The team’s primary purpose is to use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software to minimize the pain, reduce the cost of repetitive tasks and increase consistency and accuracy. The team consults with internal HR clients to identify strategic processes that are eligible for improvement and automation, enabling the HR team to work on more valuable activities vs. spending time on low value, manual tasks.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
40% Lead analyses, typically of moderate to high complexity, of Home Depots HR, Payroll and related business data and processes with emphasis on identifying trends, determining root cause of problems and determining solutions to manage them and that drive effective business decisions.
20% Coordinate the design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency.
20% Coordinate the design and development of dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR clients and business leaders within Home Depot.
10% Provide oversight and review projects and implementation of metrics to ensure successful execution and sustainability.
10% Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions, which include work allocation, training, development and problem resolution. Attract, hire and retain employees.
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the Director, HR Analytics and Reporting.
Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Strong working knowledge in the usage and functionality of the RPA software preferably UiPath (Minimum 2- 3 years)
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience (strategy, deployment, maintenance production support).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; proven ability to communicate with technology and business partners
Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
Process analysis and improvement skills
Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders.
Strong facilitation and executive communication (written & verbal) skills required.
Any Process optimization background (LEAN, Six Sigma) is plus
Supervisory or lead experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Expert knowledge of research, statistical, econometric, quantitative analysis techniques, deep understanding of computational methods and their applicability to business problems.
Project management experience, consulting and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical skills, process oriented thinker.
Solid communications and interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective business relationships and build consensus.
Strong presentation skills. The ability to present, explain and discuss results of analyses to effectively drive fact-based decision making within all levels.
