Home Depot Repair Sales and Resolution Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Repair Sales and Resolution Administrator’s role provides quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of excellence and customer expectations and performs tasks associated with the function of The Home Depot’s Repair business. The position is directly responsible for inbound and outbound calls to/from internal and external customers, manual entry and reviewing of warranty claims, direct contact with vendor partners, and efficiently handling escalations from Repair customers. Position is also directly responsible for meeting and/or exceeding warranty, call quality, and various related department goals.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • 45%- Customer interaction involving inbound customer concerns and their resolution.

  • 45%- Reviewing warranty claims with OEM's to recover warranty revenue.

  • 10%- Special projects and other activities as assigned by leadership.

NATURE AND SCOPE:

  • Reports to a Supervisor, Repair Center.

  • This position has no direct reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years

Physical Requirements:

Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
