Home Depot CRM Mobile Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

POSITION PURPOSE

The CRM Project Manager (PM) is responsible for working with the Manager/ Senior Manager, CRM and internal and external partners during the production of a CRM Campaign. The PM will report to the Manager/Senior Manager, CRM. The PM will be responsible for ensuring alignment between CRM strategy and creative. The PM will ensure that the established process is followed by the agency and internal partners in marketing and merchandising. The PM will ensure that all required documentation including the editorial calendar are distributed to produce CRM programs utilizing email, mobile, social and any other active CRM channels, through existing platforms at The Home Depot. This position will play a key role in executing the omnichannel CRM contact strategy for The Home Depot consumer.

The PM will ensure that the agency is keeping all schedules up to date and that all key milestones are met. The PM - under close supervision from the CRM Mgr. will also be responsible for contributing to CRM strategy, measurement and ROI.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

15%-Develop and maintain editorial calendar & segmentation matrices (any and all required documentation)

25%-Work with agency and creative PMs to ensure creative and strategy alignment and manage POs for vendor product services

20%-Oversee execution and measure ROI of assigned CRM life cycle management programs

10%-Tracks KPIs for measuring success against organizational objectives

20%-Contribute to strategy development based on analytical results and competitive tracking of CRM programs

10%-Manage execution of ad-hoc projects as needed

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Mobile marketing experience
