This Change Management and Communications Manager is responsible for developing change management and communications strategy for new and existing HR programs and initiatives. The manager will lead a team that focuses on the people side of change and communications for changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures as applicable. The primary focus will be creating and implementing communications and change management plans that minimize associate resistance and maximize associate engagement. This individual will manage several projects at a time as well as provide leadership and development coaching/guidance to Business Analyst
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
80% Utilize standard project development methodologies to facilitate delivery of WFM solutions. Manage complex projects from inception to completion, including change management, end user training and support. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and support to HR and other groups as needed.
20% Maintenance of internal Standard Operating Processes for areas of responsibility. Establish and maintain methods and practices to facilitate communication and integration across key relationships to accomplish goals.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Job Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Knowledge and experience of system design and support
Experience developing and implementing Communication and Change Management practices (Change Impact Analysis and Planning; Communications, including executive level and broader stakeholder communications; Training Design and Development; Business Readiness; Adoption and Sustainability Planning and Management)
Expertise in HR business processes
Experience leading cross-functional teams to improve business processes and implement new information systems. Experience may be gained within industry or within the management consulting field
Communication and Change Management Retail experience preferred
Project management experience or certification
Change managment certification
